The GPMC through the Appellate Division. Under Section 15(2)-20(2) of the Act, Chapter-8 Taxation Rules, a special notice is issued by the House Tax Department and the Assessment Department after assessing the properties falling within the limits of Bhavnagar urban area. Objections are filed by the property holders against that special notice which is duly processed and such objection petitions are properly disposed of.
